Grant Medwin Jewellery Grant Medwin makes beautiful glass jewellery from his studio in Tasmania. This requires using a hot flame to spin and layer glass onto a stick or mandril.

Grant has been making glass jewellery for 30 years using a traditional technique called lamp spinning. Each bead is annealed, graded and strung by Grant in his waterfront studio in historic Battery Point. Grant sells his jewellery from Salamanca Market each saturday and from selected galleries.
