Here's hoping you all had a great Christmas/New Year, Carolyn and I have been away and are back onboard this week.
This year see's some changes to the way we are going to work which I will try to outline here as simply as possible so please read on to understand what we are doing.
I am scaling back the amount of work I take, I am going to be working much more on a part time basis which means less work gets done and less appointments are possible in any given week.
Right now I still have a few jobs to be completed that carried over from last year, they are absolutely first priority. We have a huge list from clients already to call and schedule appointments, again they take priority so at this stage any new contacts going forward will not get appointments potentially until May/June.
Carolyn will be going through the current list and calling everyone in order of contact to work through an appointment that suits, you will be called if you are waiting so please be patient as we prefer not to book to far in advance. Unfortunately it also means if your time frame doesn't allow months before you get to see me I completely understand if you look to go elsewhere.
