Pebble Paddler

Sterling silver, Okarito Beach pebble, waxed cord.

From the Mountain to the stream; from the stream to the river; from the river to the sea.  Imagine the journey of a small rock as it tumbles through millennia to finally rest in the palm of your hand.  

This perfectly formed pebble was pocketed on a far away beach where it had been spat out of a mighty river into a sea of many moods. With all of its jagged edges smoothed and worn away, it is a comfort to hold a fragment of Earth that will remain long after the cruelty of humanity has faded into deep time.

I'm looking forward to seeing you at my pop-up in Maleny Friday 10th July. I will have lots of lovely jewellery pieces, some new designs and old favourites. There will be bargains and special deals galore! I hope you can make it along, the Kiosk is in the middle of maleny town andml Maleny is alovely place to visit in winter.
