IS A KESHI PEARL A REAL PEARL?
Yes, a Keshi pearl is a 100% real pearl. Unlike standard cultured pearls that grow around an artificial bead core, Keshi pearls form entirely out of pure, solid nacre. They happen by accident on pearl farms when an oyster rejects an implanted nucleus or tissue irritant, but keeps on making layer upon layer of natural nacre.
