“Zeehan Gem Show”

The committee would like members to consider if we have a table at the above show to be held over the weekend of the 12 and 13 November 2022

Please comment below if you are available to help.

Members who are interested in helping ,
take down sales item friday 11th,
the set up of the table friday 11th,
man the table either Saturday or Sunday
and packing up on the Sunday from 4pm

Manning of table from 830 am to 4pm from memory,
2 members preferred at table, due to sometimes being busy.

Hi all, just a quick reminder that subs are now due for the current financial year. Come on down this Tuesday, we had to postpone out monthly meeting and it will be now held on the 19th. It's nice and warm with the new heater working well.

THE BURNIE DISTRICT GEMSTONE CLUB WILL BE CLOSED FROM THE 8TH DECEMBER 2021 FOR CHRISTMAS.

hello all, on behalf of the committee, i would like to wish you all a very happy easter, and also advise, that the club shall be closed This coming Thiursday 1st April, for easter. and if members wish to attend on the following thursday, 8th of April, please reply below, so we can organise a member to open up, otherwise we shall reopen on tuesday the 13th of April.

The National GEMBORREE is being held in Hobart on the Easter weekend this year.

I am the Volunteers Co-ordinator for this, and we are always looking for people to help out where they can.

The areas and days we are looking for people to volunteer are as follows and are in 2-hour intervals, and staggered.

EXHIBITION HALL SETTING UP Wednesday 31 march from 10am, there is a 10am start and an 11am start. Then every 2 hours for each, until 6pm

Friday 02 April 2021 1-hour staggered start. 2 hourly from 12pm until 5pm
Saturday 03 April 2021 1-hour staggered start. 2 hourly from 9am until 5pm

Monday 05 April 2021 1-hour staggered start. 2 hourly from 9am until 2pm
