They are colorfast, free from toxic substances, sweat -, saliva & tear resistant as well as rust proof & nickel free. All our string is tear resistant. product safety Australia. We ship australia wide either through fastway or australia post. We have started to stock the online store as well and are still adding more products (www.lunastreasures.com.au). Any feedback on userfriendliness would be highly appreciated. All orders can still be placed through messaging the FB page as well or through commenting on instagram. Please note that tagging us from private instagram accounts won't allow us to access your post. We love to see pictures of your littlies with their LT gear so please DM us on insta or here or post to the FB page. RETURN POLICY:

Please choose carefully. Please note no item can be returned for change of mind or wrong spelling (please double check!) due to the nature of our business. Refunds can only be processed if the item is faulty and returned to us for assessment at purchasers cost. Wear and tear, abrasion or other signs of use are not faults. Please note that printed clips and beads as well as crochet elements show signs of use a lot faster than plain coloured clips or beads. Due to the use of nontoxic paint the paint on paint durability is less than the paint on wood durability and especially babies contact or contact with stomach acid from vomit etc. will lead to prints rubbing of. Crochet elements are delicate in their nature and prone to wool pulling or piling so please handle these with extra care. PARCEL POLICY

We use Australia post with tracking. Extra insurance can be purchased for you if desired. I am not responsible if your parcel gets lost and won't offer any refunds if this occurs. Any claim has to be taken up through Australia Post with your tracking number. If your post code is covered we ship with Fastway couriers. I am not responsible to arrange redelivery or pick up options for you if the courier happens to miss you at your stated delivery address. If you choose to select "authority to leave" it is your responsibility to ensure it is safe to do so in your neighborhood. I am again not responsible if your parcel disappears. Please ensure your paypal address is correct or if you are messaging me your address that all details are correct also.
