She’s oh so dramatic and she’s been with me for quite a long time. This stunning Gothic Pyrite pendant has found her person - and I hope she loves her as much as I did. Thanks to Harry for choosing my jewellery as a special gift for his special person. 💕

Still purple, but a whole different kind of lovely.

It always makes me happy to see where my pieces end up .. especially when they look this stunning in situ! (a lot of that is down to this fabulous human being - big thanks to Di for allowing me to show them both off!)

The drama couldn't possibly be over until we put this lady centre stage. I mean... look at her!

Bridging the sparkly magic of the amethyst ring with the dark drama of those gothic silver crowns, this piece brings the absolute best of both worlds. Sparkling, moody, and oh so dramatic.

More dramatic purple .. don't mind if I do!

Are you naturally drawn to the sharp facets, or are you a rounded kinda girl like me? I’d love to know ..

If the Charoite brought the moody storm, this faceted Amethyst ring is here to bring the sharp, sparkly drama. (Alongside her rounder, softer sister, but we can talk about her later. 🤭) I set this deep purple beauty on a substantial sterling silver floral band, giving it a lovely balance between elegant and just a little bit gothic. I really rather love the diffuse light bouncing off the brushed bezel setting - sometimes that's far more appealing to me than a mirror shine.

Here are a few more charoite ladies from my "not a collection" theme, being all full of drama with some stunningly sullen Obsidian. Each of these stones brings its own unique energy to the lineup, but it’s that intricate silver framing that ties the whole mood together.

Meet the first lady of my impromptu purple theme.

The rectangular Charoite pendant is bringing all the drama with her moody purple swirls and gothic silver crown, but I have to admit… there’s a little bit of whimsy too.
Do you see a tiny vintage purse, or is it just me? 👜

I KNOW I said no collections… technically, I am keeping my word.

But a poke through the rubble on my desk led to a wander through my shop, and as it turns out, there is already a dramatic little gathering of existing pieces sitting quietly, just waiting for their moment in the spotlight.

So instead of a brand new collection, let's just call it a "theme", shall we?

Purple may not be my all-time favourite colour, but I do have an undeniable weakness for the sheer drama and moodiness of it all… especially when wrapped up in gothic silver settings.

Before I properly introduce the lineup next week, let’s play a little game.

Hello friends… it’s been a while.
Life has been a bit of a juggling act this past year. Despite my absence from my desk and from your feed, these last few months I have felt so very encouraged by the steady tick of support, the lovely inquiries, and the fact that my jewellery has quietly continued finding its way to you while I've been MIA. And I think it's time.

So here I am. This isn’t a full-time return, more a tentative dipping of the toe back into creative waters… just carving out a little time where I can. Slow and measured, and really .. isn't that how we do things around here anyway? The timing is actually pretty perfect too, because it is Australian Made Week, and that's a great reason to celebrate pieces created by actual humans instead of machines. Kinda also what we do around here! 😉

For now, there are no big collections to announce. I'm dusting off my tools, reorganising the absolute chaos on my desk, and poking my head up from the rubble to check the lay of the land.

It has been a long time... who's still here? 👋
