The sad truth is that far too many women with PNDA do not get the help they need until they hit crisis point.

This is one of the many reasons that we need mandatory screening for all perinatal women.
It's also why it is crucial to get high-quality information about emotional health into the hands of all perinatal women.

Women need to know that help is available, that the sooner they seek help, the sooner they'll get better, and that struggling with the transition to motherhood is common and it their fault.

Ready to COPE provides women with all of this information- and so much more - in a free, easy-to-read format. The information arrives when they need it most and every single email (and there are almost 50 of them!) contains links to getting help.
