BEWARE – FESTIVE GLASSES DANGER
At this time of year it’s fairly usual to start relaxing. This is dangerous for anyone with glasses & sunglasses! As we relax, we can become forgetful... so watch out & be cautious with your precious frames! We do not want to see you on Monday 5th of January 2026! However...
SECURE DROP BOX
If your glasses or sunglasses break during this time, we are sorry! If you are near the Salisbury area, do drop the broken pair off in our secure drop box which is beside our workshop front door. Instructions for using drop box:
1. Package your glasses with your contact details.
2. Post your package in the top flap.
3. We will contact you with a quote prior to proceeding with the repair.

We will however have admin staff in on the 2nd January and 3rd January working 9-4pm.Technicians will be resting but admin will be working away catching up on emails and phone calls. You are welcome to drop your work off for processing on the 6/1 between these hours or alternatively see lockbox details below.

The hinges on your frames can be really special & specific… Like the ones in these Versace Sunglasses…

Often customers complain to us that their optometrist has said that they can’t fix the frames… However, let’s get this clear — the optometrist’s job is to look after your eyes (and sell you beautiful frames!) and in our experience they do a pretty good job!

An optometrist is not in the business of stocking a vast array of different types of hinges!

Fortunately, we ARE!

The most common part that gets broken on a pair of glasses or sunglasses is the hinge — and this is why we painstakingly source thousands of different hinge types from a large range of manufacturers. This is why we are able to fix pretty much any eyewear frames.
