The RSL last night, everyone stood in silence at 7pm for The Ode.
The Ode is the fourth stanza of the poem “For the Fallen”, by English poet and writer Laurence Binyon, 1st Published 21 September 1914. The verse, which became the League Ode, was already used in association with Anzac Day commemoration services in Australia in 1921.
So many of our family served in WW1 & WW2, and other conflicts, we owe all our service men and women so very much. Thank you.

Why can't my jewellery be repaired...
A common question we find these days, so I thought I would address some of the issues to help people understand and appreciate why real jewellers selling quality can't compete and are becoming rarer every year.
Hollow jewellery can also explode when heated, personally I experienced this during my apprenticeship, it was LOUD!!! but I was lucky the red hot metal didn't cause any permanent injury.

As the tree needs to support the weight of lots jewellery, some of which will hang from the ends of branches, it is a hefty tree at over 200 grams of sterling silver, with 2.45cts of gems Ceylon Sapphires, Tsavorite Garnets (the gorgeous green gems) and Red Spinels (the gorgeous ruby red.
