I've been experimenting in the studio with hand painted earrings for a new collection.
Some of which have worked out quite well but longer pieces such as these have failed every time.
Now, the frustration is that they start off looking great, but as they continue to dry, they either crack or eventually fall out.
The bezel is not big enough, or doesn't have enough of a curve to hold the material in.
Smaller designs seem to work fine however....

Slightly frustrating and demoralising as I spend an hour or so hand painting tiny designs on these, only to have them fail!

Time for further experimentation!
