Sterling Silver!

But how do we take the Fingerprints?

Well we actually use sterling silver metal clay which is made from recycled silver particles and an organic plant based binder. This allows it to be mouldable and capture fingerprints or the other prints we press into it.

The firing process burns off the organic binder and leaves only sterling silver which can be hallmarked at 925.

As we use Silver Metal Clay, it means our Original Fingerprints, when taken in person with a Smallprint Jeweller, are pressed directly into the Silver Clay, which means what your loved one has touched is what you wear.
