🤍June is pearl month, so it feels like a fitting time for this one.

This Albany Akoya pearl pendant is now available at the Historic Whaling Station gift shop.

Set with a pearl from one of only two Akoya pearl harvests ever produced in Albany’s pristine waters, it is a small and limited piece of local pearling history.

Wishing everyone a very happy New Year.

2025 has been a year of many roles and responsibilities, with pearl work often happening in the quieter moments in between. This piece is a small glimpse of what I’ve been working on behind the scenes.

Looking ahead to 2026, I’m hopeful for more time to bring new work forward and share it more openly.
