If it's misspelled and my wrong doing I am more than happy to fix the problem, however, please double check spelling as I do not take responsibility for mistakes made by the customer so please check and recheck all details. Refunds are not given for change of mind. Please expect that no two pieces are ever identical there may be some letters slightly out of line or not shaded as the one next to it and there may even be little imperfections like scratches so please remember this is what makes your piece so unique and unlike another. T|KO + CO designs take all measures to make sure that your piece is unique and as perfect as possible Please note stainless steel will fade from its high shine appearance to a more dull shine over time and metal on metal will cause scratching from every day rubbing. Swarovski crystals will scratch the surfaces from everyday wear also. Jewellery clause/instructions - If your chosen design has embellishments they may rub together and scratch.
