ABOUT OUR ART CANDLES The core candle is made out of fine paraffin wax, pure cotton wick and special glaze for beautiful glossy finish. Being an art form as much as they are functional, only the highest quality raw materials are used - as such the colours are guaranteed not to fade or discolour. Created in different sizes and colours. Candles are extremely long burning. They have a special feature being the subtle glow which emanates through the translucent core when lit (this can be accentuated by burning the candle in darkness with no other light source). We specialise in beautifully sculptured candles through hand crafting techniques and processes of dipping, carving and twisting the wax into stunning shape. A molded core candle is dipped repeatedly into different colours of wax, which are then hand sculptured and shaped to show the beautiful layers of colours underneath. The candles are truly magnificent and elaborate piece of art and decor that will give your home substance and class. They are all hand made and therefore unique piece of art. They make an ideal gift or centre piece for that special occasion. Minimum two days is required to make the candle. It is a delicate process of candle sculpturing, but it is also a great fun! There are many different designs to choose from with different colour variations.
