We moved. Sphaera now has a bigger workshop in Vienna.

Sphaera started in Salzburg. That is where we finished our first cases and regulated our first movements, in one room that we eventually outgrew. Now the production runs in a larger workshop in Vienna, and there are now 4 watchmakers working on the watches.

How we make a watch has not changed. It still happens in three steps, all by hand:

Case finishing – we finish every case by hand
Assembly – Sphaera watches assembled by steady watchmaker hands
Testing – every watch gets regulated and goes through pressure tests before shipping. We check accuracy in several positions and water resistance. If something is off, it goes back to the bench.

What has changed is how many we can build. Both EPOCH models are in stock right now and ship within a few working days.
