as the collective energies now can be quite intense to experience.. disempowering & discouraging emotions can surface up…

…it is of value to remember our human power, and it is in our response-ability.

Each experience stimulates an emotion, an energy in motion, which carries frequency inside our body.

Through grounding & regulating the nervous system as a way to expand our capacity to be present with frequencies - we integrate our totality within the body. Not as a concept. But as a very physical experience.

While I was peeling & cutting onions, this seeing came in… and I share it with you in this spontaneous raw video 🙂 When we meet human design, it’s common to fall for the “mind f**k” about whether “you and I” live our human design… here I share the view from the simple: creative consciousness living inside the body which has a frequency. This frequency can BE “tuned in” and “off tune”. Taking care of the frequency experience inside the body IS an act of SelfLove, is an act of Self-response-ability. When self responsibility is an act of love within the body, touching the field of life… because no words, no intellectual concept or analysis can fake frequency of the body - presence. All forms of existence are an expression of creation & and are valid of love. Love is the only force which unites the polarity experience within the form… to love the distortion as the only way to grow deeply sustainable resonance alignment…
