* From the moment you receive your order, and if by an
y chance the piece breaks within 72 hours, i will happily recreate the piece for you. Please take note that recreating the piece may take 3-4 business days. Delivery for the new piece will be at your own expense.
* Unfortunately due to Covid 19, we do not allow any exchanges.
* Each piece has been made in a strict hygienic environment.
* Please note that jewelry undergoes wear and tear naturally. It is the buyers responsibility to care for and look after their earrings. We will not be held liable should there be any damages or breakage to the earrings after the 72 hour grace period.

• Do not use jewelry cleaner, chemicals, perfume or any aerosol products near your earrings.
• If the piece gets dirty, use a damp cloth with water to remove the dirt.
