🔹️ Lawn treatment include: ants, spiders, termites, etc. Lawn treatment that is specifically for termites does not get a 5 year guarantee. The guarantee is only for treatment on foundations 🔹️
🔹️ Termites: there are two (2) types of
termite treatment:
🔸️ 1. Soil treatment: this is done on new building sites, just before the plastic and cement slab is done. The guarantee is delivered on site, together with the invoice. With every termite job that is done Pest Combat will give a 5 year service guarantee on the treated foundation.
🔸️ 2. Termite post / after treatment: this is done on foundations that have already been built. Holes are drilled into the foundation, chemicals are injected with a high pressure pump. Afterwards holes are closed with cement. Everything is done by Danie. This termite treatment gets a 5 year service guarantee on the treated foundation. The client gets the guarantee on site together with the invoice 🔹️
🔹️ Clearance certificate on inspections: when a property is sold the bank requires a clearance certificate. Pest Combat does an inspection on the property for termites, wood borers, etc. The clearance certificate is given as proof that the property is not infested. In the case of an infestation Pest Combat will give a quotation for the treatment of the pest. The clearance certificate will only be given once the infestation has been treated 🔹️
