We are a team called Abatshakazi Helping Hands and Cleaning Services, registered in 2022 but have been in operation since 2019 based in Libode, Eastern Cape.
We render services that would supposedly be rendered by local Makotis at ceremonies such as funerals, weddings, imigidi, imembeso, amabhaso, etc.
Our work scope is focusing on areas in the former Transkei for now.
Our core is based on providing a solution for the dirty work that makes one end up not attending and enjoying their ceremony or funeral because they have to attend to these minor logistics.
Our package includes:
• Peeling, Ukucanda, preparing pots and other utensils to be used, a day before the ceremony. (Sifika silale emzini onomcimbi so that siqale kwasekuseni ukusebenza).
• On the main day of the event, sivuke silungise ibreakfast, e.g. Ulusu nombhako, serve it, sihlambe izitya zayo, then focus on lunch preparations.
• Lunch: Sipheka lonto unayo uyithengileyo ngokomnqweno wakho. Usizobela iplate yakho uba ufuna ibenantoni, thina sikwenzele, wena uhlale phantsi uzole.
• Immediately after lunch, sihlamba kwanto esisitya emdaka, neembiza zonke, both stove and imbiza zaphantsi, sishiye kuClean.
NB: Our cost include transport fees calculated from Libode to wherever the ceremony is, this is why prices vary per customer’s needs.
One of our major benefits is that curb looting by community members, and likely by family, ensuring that your groceries are kept safe and used sparingly.
