There’s nothing wrong with going to college, I just want our youth to know and fully OVERstand their options. I support either route.

One of my favorite mentors, Jim Rohn said, “Kids ought to have two bicycles. One to ride and one to rent.” 💥 💥 💥

🗣Parents, I strongly urge you to set aside a Saturday morning to gather all important documents (birth certificates, social security cards, passports, titles, deeds, etc...) for yourself and your kids, organize them, and put them in a safe.

You can get a safe from about $40 and up. I know a lot of us are old school and are used to mattress money and putting other important things under the mattress, but let’s get a little more organized.

Use this opportunity to take inventory. Whatever documents you can’t locate, go ahead and order it. It’s better to have it and not need it than need it and not have it. 😉

NO!!! At least get out of the car so you can be seen or people will continue to drive by like you don’t exist.
