Novo Crafts will be at the ever popular Rivergate market on Saturday, with a wide range of its famous low sugar jams, marmalades, and other preserves. Join us to taste our delicious wares, which contain 70% less sugar than traditional preserves. Taste the fruit, not the sugar……..
We will also be selling the totally  sustainable beeswax wraps!

Introducing the new look for Novo Crafts!
We will offering tastings at 2 awesome markets this weekend, Hermanus Country Market tomorrow and Rivergate Market on Sunday.
Our preserves still contain 70% less sugar than traditional preserves so you can taste the fruit, which is all locally and seasonally sourced.
Our current seasonal range includes 10 different marmalades, jams and a yummy tomato and basil relish.

Novo Crafts (formerly Made in Tulbagh) now hailing from Perlemoenbaai, is still selling their delicious and ever popular quiches, apple pie and of course the famous pecan nut pie!
You can order them from Gail on 082 564 9338, in two sizes - 27 or 20 cm.
Please order 48 hours in advance or ask what is in the freezer (frozen straight from the cooling rack so they defrost perfectly fresh) and buy immediately for that last minute need.

Chelsea blooms in Stanford

Thousands flocked to Stanford over the weekend to see South Africa’s award-winning Chelsea fynbos display, a 100m² masterpiece of 25 000 cut flowers and a waterfall. Winner of a gold medal at the 2025 RHS Chelsea Flower Show, the exhibit forms the highlight of the Stanford in Bloom Festival, running until 24 September. Visitors are treated to rare and iconic plants, including Erica perspicua, Orothamnus zeyheri, and Protea cynaroides. Supported by Grootbos and the local community, the festival celebrates indigenous biodiversity, green tourism, and the village’s farm spirit.
