Getting my order ready!
When I first received the order for 600 pairs of handmade coffee pod earrings, the thought of making 1,200 individual earrings by myself was a little daunting!
Because every single pair starts from scratch:
Collecting the used coffee capsules Cleaning each capsule
Sorting them
Cutting each one
Folding and shaping each one by hand
Designing and printing the earring cards
Assembling every pair
Packaging them
And finally, getting them ready for delivery!
It’s a lot of work for one person — but honestly, I love every part of it. ❤️
What makes this order so special to me is knowing that these 1,200 coffee pods were once destined for landfill. Instead, they’re being transformed into unique, handmade pieces of wearable art — and soon they’ll be worn by people who see the beauty in something that most would simply throw away.
