There are snap button packs of 3 or 5, but can I choose the buttons I want, or is it pre made packs? A: The pack pictures are simply a suggestion. You can choose any 3 or 5 of my designs and create your own individual pack. What is your jewelry made of? A: I use high quality fashion jewelry. I also offer alternatives if you have allergies. Please let me know! Do you make custom orders? I can make snap buttons (keychains, bracelets,necklaces), cabochon necklaces and earrings in any design you'd like, as long as you own the rights to the image you want on your jewelry. Just send me a message here with your design with a description of your request (or send it to [email protected]) and I will get back to you as soon as I can. As custom orders take time and may require several tries (depending on the quality and contrast of your design) to get it perfect, there is a surcharge of 3€ per item. Do you offer any special deals? A: I have button packs of 3 or 5 and there is a set of jewelry with a cabochon necklace and earrings - both in the design of your choice! How much is shipping? Do you ship internationally? A: Shipping is 2,80€ for Germany and 4€ internationally. For bigger orders shipping might change and will be discussed with you to find the best solution. How long does it take for you to ship? A: Generally, as soon as I have received your donation, it takes 1-2 work days for me to pack and ship it. Please allow up to 7 days for custom orders. What if I don't receive my present? A: I try to keep shipping costs as low as possible, so shipping is uninsured and not tracked. If you want me so send your order differently, please let me know! Thankfully, mail barely ever gets lost. What if my present is damaged? A: Please contact me immediately. We will find a satisfying solution for you :)
