I would like to wish everyone a joyful and peaceful holiday season. Pictured is one side of the ring my dad commissioned for my mom. It is a two-stone ring or a Toi et Moi, which is French for “you and me.” My mom and my dad have been married 37 years, have three kids together and are now living with my dad’s Parkinson’s. The aquamarine and the mother of pearl in this copper wire ring is symbolic of their ability to stay adaptable yet enduring throughout trying times. 🌊 🐚 ☀️ (BTW this is a ChatGpT superimposed background and Canva frame because my apartment was super messy, but the ring itself has not changed!)

This popped up on my Facebook memories today! Wow, what a flashback.

As you can see, there’s levels to my setup, thanks to a good friend of mine who made the wooden risers underneath my tablecloth. (Excuse me while I sing Nick Jonas “Levels” now.) Anyways, what do you think?

For anyone who is wondering, we used to be Bayou Flamingo LLC, but my business partner moved away so it’s just me now! He used to do all the wire wrapping, but now I’ve taught myself a little bit of that, too.

Let me know what you’d like to see next! I’m hearing everyone would LOVE for me to convert my square site to an actual website! Stay tuned for more.

I have made three of these so far to sell and hang on my tent for White Light Night. They are made with driftwood sourced from a fellow rockhound and seashells given to me by his wife before she passed last year. To say this is a labor of love would be an understatement. I am working on at least one more wind chime and after that I have four more I can make!
