With each handmade accessory, Nikki Ewing captures art, design and fashion. Her work is inspired by anything from fabrics and prints to music and TV. Ewing began making earrings for herself in 2006 in efforts to have accessories that are outstanding and different from all the rest. Due to the reactions of women all over, combined with her art history and love for fashion and design, she was driven
to start her own brand, and AccessoRehab was born. Ewing went to Educational Center for the Arts and Creative Arts Workshop in New Haven, Connecticut in the mid 90s and to Gibbs College in 2003. The name speaks for itself. Ewing is rehabbing your idea of accessories by using unusual materials and fabrics, and creating pieces unlike you have ever seen! The brand stands for women who are bold, and confident. Women who love being individuals, and hate dressing like and looking like everybody else. Ewing literally only makes one of each item, so when you're rockin 'Rehab, you are the only one with that particular piece. AccessoRehab has customers all over, from the Tri-State area and New England to down south in Georgia, Alabama and Florida. The company made its first overseas sale in April 2009 to a trendsetter in Amsterdam and also landed a spot in NEW HAVEN REGISTER in May 2009. Women all over are becoming hip to the brand. Each piece is Ewing's own design, but custom orders to suit a customer's particular needs are gladly accepted.
