When you are asked to share with thousands of independent sales reps at national convention your top tips on how rising up together is better than going at it alone…coaching and mentoring others brings more joy and happiness to business than going at it alone…you bring in the fam to watch! Including Pete who apparently made his debut in the background of my segment.

I have a very special woman I'd like to share with you all! Tonya Trombley is a dear friend of mine, and together we have built our businesses post covid. Starting a direct sales business the 2nd or 3rd time around takes a mix of strengths, and this woman has them all. And this is Tonya...she's resilient, persistent, has extreme focus on what's important, is a power networker, undestands our environment and industry at a high level, and is extremely disciplined! Shining the Spotlight on another stylist. Why do I share these stories? Well, because we light to lift others up and this is one way I can. But I encourage my friends to read these stories of the real ladies on my team…one of these store may strike a chord with you and you may have just found an answer to something in your life.

So, I technically work at home. I have a small business if my own doing tshirts & tumblers & such. I have been a part of direct sales companies before. I use to be a part of premier designs for a few years. I have always had a love for jewelry and sharing it.

I have been married to my husband, Brad, for 12 years. We have 3 sons. Cooper is 11 (today). He is our busy child. Very very involved in baseball and keeps us busy! Sawyer, my artsy child is 9 & C**t, the baby is almost 6!

I love jewelry. I love to accessorize and I love adding it as my finishing touch to feel a since of confidence. I love sharing it and the looks with other people because I know it can help them feel confident and beautiful too!

I am very much a goal getter. When k see something infront of me, I want to reach it. The goal for me this month was to reach the all of the incentives. (I’m adding sponsoring to my goals this month because I wanna go somewhere tropical 🌴) with December only being my 2nd full month, I was just hoping to beat what I did in November.

My husband works full time. Our life is so busy, I really can’t afford to work full time because there is no need in paying someone to run kids around when I can do it. So, I do my shirt business to pay for my car note and such things. The extra funds from park lane have really helped!! Being able to have extra for the kids things, Christmas, groceries, and coffee ☕️ 😂 it’s just been a blessing.

Stephanie tried for a long long time to sign me with park lane and I kept saying no. 😂 then I randomly said to her “let’s do it. “

Most surprised by The generosity! How much I have received back from them by doing something I enjoy. That’s been the best.

I was about to place another big order with Stephanie and it just hit me. No, I need to do this myself. So, I sent her a message and asked a few questions. Told her to let me think about it. She said just to do it and I did! 😂 very end of October and it’s just been a awesome ride since then.

Shining the Spotlight today on Tonya OSullivan Trombley!! Meet Tonya...she's a force, a mom to Jordis, wife to Jacque, Forida gal who loves jewelry, her team and serving women to bring something to their lives they they never dreamed possible! I love this woman, and it's an honor to be a partner of hers!! She's humble, so before i start telling you about her, let me start by saying shes one of the most successful women in our entire industry! She won't tell you that! She's had 3 killer successful businesses in direct sales so far, and to be on her team is a complete honor! She doesn't give up. Naysayers drive her even more to succeed. She is authentic and a gift to anyone who comes in her orbit!

Tonya works her business with a full time flexible focus. She spends her time outside of work as Jordis' mom and volunteering at the school and community.

She is all hands on deck with her 14 year old who has them running from the football field and basketball court with her cheer, to the soccer field and back to the volleyball courts. We love to be involved with our daughters life and support her dreams. We love all Floridian things especially the weather and are a small tight knit family.

What she loves most about jewelry is the simple Fun Joy and just a little glam to put her in a good mood and a smile on her beautiful face!

Shes a super seller, but motivates her most is helping her team acheive their dream! She spent her November helping her team earn the international Trip to Ireland!! She has so many trip earners, and will be heading to Paris with them in March!!
