For more than three decades, my path has been shaped by one core belief:
Women deserve spaces where they can pause, breathe, be seen, and truly heal.

Irie was born from lived experience from seasons of exhaustion, from learning how easily rest gets postponed, and from witnessing how deeply the body responds when care is intentional and sacred.

This work is more than beauty.
It’s restoration.
It’s wholeness.
It’s honoring the body, especially through midlife transitions, with compassion, presence, and respect.

Being recognized for this journey is humbling. But more than that, it’s affirming. It reminds me that spaces rooted in care, ritual, and community truly matter.

What an incredible opening. Thank you to everyone who came out, showed love, and helped bring this vision to life. We felt it and we’re ready.

This space was lovingly created by Sandra Senior, a visionary owner whose heart for healing, beauty, and women’s wellness is woven into every detail. Her dream was to build a place where women feel seen, supported, and restored and today, that dream is open to you.

We are excited to announce the launch of the Menopause Sister Circle in partnership with Collaboration Over Competition. This initiative provides a free and supportive environment for women navigating the challenges of perimenopause and menopause. Beginning on January 17, this circle will meet every third Saturday, offering an opportunity for education, conversation, and community without the pressure to fix anything. Join us in creating a nurturing space where women can share their experiences and learn more about their bodies.
