ued by,"the old days", since i was a little girl. I can remember my PaPa getting me interested in coin collecting around the age of 5. I can also recall being fascinated by antiques at such a young age, whenever i would ask about an antique in my grandparents home (which was filled with antiques) my Papa would always tell me a story that went along with the piece. I'm not sure which I enjoyed more, the actual antique, or the story behind the antique. People have always been trying to accomplish time travel or build time machines, I believe that antiques are truly the way to travel through time. It absolutely fascinates me when I am able to touch an old item that has been around for 100 years! I can only imagine where this item has been. If inanimate objects could speak, what stories they could tell... Sometimes there are those special antiques that when you touch them, and close your eyes, you can almost transport yourself back in time. I just love the thrill of the hunt! I enjoy finding, out of the way thrift shops and finding "buried treasure". I thoroughly inspect every item I discover, to make sure that it is genuine and authentic. I am also a full time mom with 3 beautiful children. Their ages are 17, 9, and 6. My oldest is going to be attending college this year! They love helping me go out and find my "treasures". I also offer consignment. I find this so exciting because I never know what is going to walk in. Almost every item in my store, antique or vintage, has a story.
