SteamSmith by Mark Eliot Schwabe (SteamPunk Style jewelry) I love the SteamPunk genre, the whole retro-futurist concept is fascinating and fun. I love making this stuff!

It gives the artist great liberties, but at the same time, it requires intense attention to detail.

New sculpture, "Three Cubes Ascending". This "openwork"steel sculpture is part of my newest series of work. Having made many sculptures that were solid geometric forms made of steel sheet, I thought that I would try something different. Still working with geometric forms and still working in steel, but this is a new approach. "Three Cubes Ascending" is NOW AVAILABLE at Art Hound Gallery in Essex Vermont.
