My finished OOAK Orange Eye Brooch made with vintage bugle beads, colorful Macaw feathers and Italian leather.

Finally! It only took me 3 years to get back to this! Love my eye flowers. Thanks Laura 😘
For the large eye I made the petals with 11/0s and 15/0s to make them curly.
Now to figure out mounting. I’m thinking a cloche stand for these 3.

This is my entry for The Hub on Canal’s “The Impact of Little Things“ 8x8 Fundraiser. They will be selling each 8x8 for $20.
I love volunteering here. It’s a wonderful gallery that features about 65 local artists. A real feast for the eyes and soul.
My 8x8 features mixed media with a pair of removable sequin beaded earrings, Shrinkets flowers, a bead embroidery beetle.
Anyone can contribute. No fee. All entries are due October 1st.
