Polished Arrow Designs is a place where we hope to inspire you with words that speak life.

{Ben} has been a musician 🎤 and Pastor forever. His family traveled as a southern gospel group until he was a teen. He then became a Worship/Music pastor. He has also served as a lead Pastor. Back in August he resigned his full time position on staff at our church and is now full time on the road with JJ We

eks playing the keys and doing background vocals. We will for sure be posting more about that and sharing songs, videos and concert schedule (whenever they get to have concerts again...).
🌱He is also a Health Coach. In July of 2018 we both decided to take our health back. That program helped the two of us to lose 100 pounds in 6 month. Ben is actively coaching people to lose weight, and be able to start living again.

{Rachael} Hey, that's me. I teach 600+ students technology 💻 at our local elementary school. We get to do lots of fun things like coding and robots. I also Coach our high school cheer team🎀
I'm also learning what it's like to not be in "full time ministry" anymore, and what it's like to be a momma with a full time traveling husband. Crazy busy full life but I love it! I enjoy cooking and sharing that love with others. I am also the one that runs Polished Arrow Designs, however each family member plays a very important role.

Together we have 3 awesome kids. Madalynne who is 17, Connor who is 14 and Ellianna who is closer to 12 than 11 as she likes to remind us. Together we are doing our best to help change peoples lives. We hope to inspire, motivate, and encourage you in your walk with the Lord, to live a healthy lifestyle, and inspire your family and friends to use words that speak life!

We move our son in 8 days to Florida from Georgia to being his college journey.
It's wild how different preparing a boy dorm room is versus a girls dorm. I feel like we are forgetting something.
His favorite verse is:
For God hath not given us the spirit of fear; but of power, and of love, and of a sound mind.
2 Timothy 1:7

Today I was packaging up a few orders to send out and one of the necklaces was this one.

For everything there is a season, a time for every activity under heaven.
Ecclesiastes 3

This is such a timely verse for this week.

I have a former coworker who lost her husband this week. I also have a precious former co worker and my daughter‘s fifth grade teacher who passed away as well. she leaves behind a husband and too young boys.

This verse was a gentle reminder that there is a season for everything 💐

If you think about it will you lift up in prayer these two families in the days to come, thank you 🤍

I am currently at one of my most favorite islands for a few days with my girls and one of my sisters.

I have 2 Christmas themed books to read but need some more ideas for the rest of the year.

I love Denise Hunter books and clean books, also a good series.

Any suggestions? Whats your favorite read?
