Now...on a happier note....I love my Job, i built this business from the bottom up and have enjoyed every minute of it! The people i have been blessed to work with (my customers!) have been amazing and really make this job fun. I love to talk to you all and i love to hear your stories and who your pieces are for. The name Silent Hero comes from all the everyday heroes who may not be recognized for everything they do but they go above and beyond in every thing they do. This includes moms and grandmothers, both heroes who devote their lives to their children and families. They are oxodized and polished to shine :) Ever once in awhile i use aluminum (also tarnish free) (only state pieces are aluminum) Even the chains are stainless steel
SHIPPING: Everything ships in small padded envelopes (unless its a huge order then i use a small flat rate box) and each piece is placed in a small jewelry zip loc back then either placed in a gift bag or wrapped in decorative tissue paper! As of right now everything goes through USPS. i DO ship world wide but depending on when you want the piece depends on how much international shipping costs. PURCHASING A PIECE: Every piece is made by hand so how the piece turns out may vary slightly from the a picture you saw previously. this is what makes your piece completely unique! i strive very hard to create quality pieces and if its not something i would wear, i start over. I have to be happy with it before i can even think about sending it to you. Every design has been tested for Quality through a series of tests (if you want to know more just ask!) Because each piece is customized and usually contains a name, date, personal song etc, i do not accept returns since i took the time and spent the money to make a piece JUST FOR YOU. i cannot re-sell a custom piece. If there is something wrong with the piece, i am more than willing to fix it. I AM NOT responsible for anything after it leaves my hands. I am more than willing to help you fix anything that may break during delivery but i also stand by my shipping methods 100 percent and have only ever had 2 packages that pieces arrived broken (and the package itself was pretty battered..thanks USPS!) I am a genuinely caring person and really care about my business and try really hard to have great customer service so if you have any concerns dont hesitate to ask!
