Q: What are Ruhe jewelry items made from? Some items may occasionally include gold as an accent.

Q: Will your rings turn my finger green? A: Solid silver material will not turn skin green, and the silver will not wear off over time (as it would with silver
plated jewelry). Silver is hypoallergenic and generally one of the best options for sensitive skin. Wearing your piece often will prevent it from tarnishing, but we include a special mini polishing cloth that you can gently rub over the item if you do experience any tarnish over time.

Q: I bought one of your rings, can I be resized? A: Depending on the item, most rings can be sized up approximately 1.5 sizes. Sizing down is only available on rings without gemstones, so we recommend ordering a half size smaller if you are unsure of the size on any ring. Gift cards are also a great option if the recipient's size is unknown. Full custom items are a final sale. Stacking rings without a gemstone can be exchanged free of charge if contacted within one week of receiving the item.

Q: I don't know my ring size:
A: The easiest way to know your size is to try on sample sizes. You can visit a local jeweller and ask them to size you. Try to test a ring of similar thickness to what you're looking to purchase, but the thickness doesn't have to be exact. You can also find online ring sizing resources, with printable charts that you can lay your own ring on to find the size. Make sure you print exact size for the chart to be accurate.

Q: Do you take custom requests:
A: Yes! Not all design or gemstone requests will be possible, but please message us with any ideas or requests that you have.

Q: Can I pick the item up? A: Yes, if you are in the lower mainland of B.C., free local pick up is available.

Q: Is gift wrapping available? A: Yes, we love a well wrapped package. Please request this option before ordering, and note that if the item is being shipped it may increase your postage price. Gift wrapping is free for local pick up.
