Sirius Golf Advisors We are a golf course consulting/management company that helps make golf courses more profitable. We also have a golf course brokerage division.

We offer turn-key services, including design, construction, management, marketing, maintenance, etc. As a golf course consultant, we work with our clients to improve their operation's performance and enhance their customers golf experience. As a management company, we maximize profitability by providing the golfer with an outstanding golf experience, utilizing cost-effective and strategic marketin

As a broker, we primarily work with buyers in helping them find the RIGHT property for them and then help them through the buying process, including advising them on the RIGHT price for the property. Because our primary business is in operating golf courses, we take an OWNER's view when evaluating prospective properties, rather than a salesman's view. We look more to a golf course's future than its past and give our clients the benefits of our expertise.

Sirius Golf Advisors is pleased to announce that we have been hired to manage Southern Hills Golf Course in Gladewater, Texas. We will be overseeing a major renovation of the facility with award winning golf course architect Jeffrey D. Brauer. Signet Golf, let by our own Peter Dejak, will be the construction company. Southern Hills will continue operating until the end of the year, wt which time it will be closed for the renovations. The clubhouse will also undergo extensive renovation during this time. The total project is expected to cost about $6m. When we reopen, hopefully by late summer or early fall 2017, the facility will be repositioned as the premier golf course in east Texas. The new club, which will be semiprivate, will be called Liberty Springs (we are located in Libery City.)
