April Golightly Mommy and Me Style Blog April Golightly is a nickname I picked up in college from a girl in class that I barely knew. I wore pearls with everything in my closet.

Friends heard her one day and it just stuck. At this point, I hadn’t even seen the film, but my affinity for up-dos, big sunglasses, and pearls was readily apparent to all. It was my thing. Over the years, I’ve had fun with the name using it as alter ego. Several groups of people still only know me as Miss Golightly. So when thinking of the perfect pseudonym to author this blog under April Golight

ly was a natural fit. I started writing this blog with the encouragement of my very talented film maker fiancé Kevin Erhard. Before last year, I guarded my fashion choices and shopping abilities with an iron fist. Friends and acquaintances would request styling assistance and I would refuse to oblige, as I thought my assistance would somehow take away my individuality. I have come to find out that it is the most fun I’ve had in years.

Taste of Boynton was such a fun laid back night out!! The food 🍲 was spectacular and the entertainment was perfection!! Love the strolling violinist 🎻and the fire 🔥 dancers! The vibe was 🔥 and can’t wait until next year!!
