I have got to put this out here?! Cause all of the fraudulent challenges that is being presented in front of me and hidden behind fraudulent court documents and the ability that the court and this highly awarded atty that is hiding his lies in his own reported testimony of what he's reporting as the real happenings in the actual court room and no one but the three of us..me, the Equity Judge and the atty Corley are in the court and not even being recorded at the time and I'm tired of the secrecy that is being condoned by the Judge allowing Atty Corley to use words like "TYPO" to explain the fraudulent address that's documented on the legal court documented paperwork and the judge is stating that he is believing the attys testimony stating that he really used my correct address to do his extensive research to prove that my Mom's Quicken Loan didn't have the Mortgage Protection Ins that paid off the remaining mtg payments directly to the Lender when my Mom passed? And that that the atty Corley has subpoena the original atty that closed our original loan in October 2015 and our atty was a man and when I asked Corley about the woman that testified as to the fact that we had no life ins in her closing of our loan? And his excuse was she worked in the same office as our male atty that actually did the closing that date and because she worked close to him she knew the actually closing information and testified against me and my testimony as an actual witness that I signed as a witness that day on the original mortgage agreement that same day! And that the Judge is allowing all of this testimony of this well known atty that has also ignored an Escalation by the FHA RESOURCE CENTER THAT CONFIRMED THAT ROCKET'S BEEN USING A FRAUDULENT ADDRESS AND FHA CASE NUMBER TO FORECLOSE ON MY FHA INSURED SINGLE FAMILY HOME ALL THIS TIME?! AND HAS NEVER GIVEN ME ANY SORT OF TIME TO FIND AN ATTORNEY TO REPRESENT ME OR HAS THE JUDGE APPOINTED ME ONE KNOWING MY INCOME IS A SMALL DISABILITY CHECK AND THAT THIS FRAUD HAS TAKEN EVERY ASSET I HAVE AND HAS CAUSED IDENTITY THEFT SO BAD THAT THERES NO SENSE IN CHANGING ALL THE INFIRMATION CAUSE EVERYONE ALREADY HAS IT AND WHY CHANGE IT? THEY CANT DO ANYTHING ELSE WITH IT THAT CAN HARM ME ANY WORSE THAN I HAVE ALREADY BEEN HARMED? IF ANYONE OUT HERE HAS ANY KNOWLEDGE OF AN ATTORNEY THAT HAS INTEGRITY AND THAT IS ALL ABOUT JUSTICE, AND THE FACT THAT THERE IS PARTS OF OUR GOVT THAT HAS NO SINCE OF RIGHT OR WRONG JUST OUT TO LINE THEIR POCKETS AND THEY ARE ACTING AS IF THEY DONT CARE ABOUT THE FACTS THAT THEY ARE PUTTING THEIR OWN LIFE'S CHOICE OF UPHOLDING THE LAW AT RISK, THEN I GOT A CASE FOR YOU! BECAUSE I HAVE BEEN MANIPULATED BY ATTY CORLEY AND ROCKET ENOUGH! AND THE DAY I WAS SUPPOSED TO BE TURNING IN MY SHOW CAUSE ROCKET HAD ME ON THE PHONE TELLING ME THAT THEY WERE DOING A LOAN MODIFICATION AND THAT STOPS ALL PROCEEDINGS ? And why I allowed them to do this to me... But, I know that there was no need for me to show cause why the Writ for assistance was not my burden to bare? Cause we didn't stop the eviction? The cop told me when I called to see what I could do to stop the eviction the day before that nothing or no one can stop the eviction but Reginald Corley the atty that started the eviction was the only one that could stop it? And the fact that this atty that's purgered himself in court, has the rights to sell my home and take my escrow and hold my $57,000.00 of Equity i have in my home? But, three fact that he is making me show cause why he shouldn't be able to continue to forcefully remove me and my tenant and put over 50+ years of all of my families belongings out on the street and the fact that they have not only managed to deformation of my Mom's character and mine by disrespecting us by using fraud to do so, is a testament to all of those that has awarded this atty with, take a look at all of the awards and medals this man I've been telling you about this whole 6 yrs I've been fighting for my home? That's been paid off for 5 yrs. He is not that man those awards were given today? And I've tried to believe that the Judge is kind and respectable and can't be involved ? But, the way he's denied me of pleas to have Corley redo their research and this time use my real address to research our MPI ins, and Corley explained that the address that's on the court documented papers says he didn't and he blames the wrong address on the legal documents is a "TYPO"? COME ON?! THE ONLY DOCUMENT THIS "TYPO" WAS USED ON WAS THE MOST IMPORTANT DOCUMENT THAT PROVES WHETHER OR NOT WE HAD MPI INS ON OUR FHA INSURED SINGLE FAMILY MORTGAGE THAT MY MOM NEEDED THE INS CAUSE SHE WAS NOT ABLE TO QUALIFY OR PASS THE PHYSICAL FOR? AND THE MPI INS HAS IMMEDIATE APPROVAL AND SHE PAID THE UPFRONT FEES AND FOR 11 YRS WE PAID THE MONTHLY PREMIUMS IN WITH OUR MTG PYMTS! AND EVEN QUICKEN LOANS CONFIRMED THE DAY I CALLED TO INFORM THEM SHE PASSED! AND ROCKET HAS TWICE FRAUDULENTLY DEFAULTED ME! SO, WHY HAVENT THEY GOTTEN PAID THE PMI THAT PAYS DIRECTLY TO THE LENDER WHEN THE LENDER IS ACCUSED OF DEFAULTING ? IS IT BECAUSE THEY HAVE SOLD MY HOME TO ROCKET NOW AND THEY ALREADY GOT PAID FOR THE MPI THAT WAS HIDDEN WHEN ROCKET TOOK $5,000.00 OUT OF MY PARTIAL PAYMENT ACCT TO RECAST MY FHA LOAN TO A GINNIE MAE POOL LOAN that we all know that the HUDOIG.GOV WEBSITE HAS LISTED THE MOST COMMON SCHEMES LENDERS ARE USING TO SCAM HOMEOWNERS OUT OF THEIR HOMES AND THE GINNIE MAE IS THE #1! Cause it allows lenders to apply to service these loans that are not supervised and that allows lenders and servicers to pocket large sums of monies like payoffs and grant money and no one notices until its too late and the lenders have sold these homes of people that are the most vulnerable?! Protecting our elderly, this government is sitting back watching these people grow so large that they already believe they can do anything? I thank you for getting this far on my long posts!
