This rum tastes like booking the flight.

Rincón Rum comes from the surf town of Rincón, Puerto Rico, where the Atlantic Ocean meets the Caribbean Sea and “The Road to Happiness” somehow feels very real after your second cocktail.

But behind the laid back island energy is a story rooted in resilience. The brand was founded the same day Hurricane Maria devastated Puerto Rico, including the founders’ family farm. What came after was a commitment to rebuilding community through authenticity, generosity, and really good rum.

Join us on May 28th as José V. Canto of Terra Nostra de Vinos () guides guests through a curated tasting of family-owned Spanish estates, from the Atlantic influence of Rías Baixas to the historic cellars of Ribera del Duero and Rioja Alavesa.

Paired alongside a bespoke multi-course dinner, guests will explore wines from producers including Juan Valdelana, Valsotillo, and Bohigas while discovering the stories, regions, and traditions behind each bottle.

Some wines just belong on the table all summer long. Albanta Albariño() from Rías Baixas is one of them.

Grown between the Miño River and the Atlantic Ocean in Galicia, Spain, this coastal white gets its freshness from the region’s cool Atlantic climate and mineral-rich soils.

Aged on fine lees for added texture and balance, Albanta brings notes of stone fruit, citrus, and a clean mineral finish that makes it just as perfect by the glass as it is for the whole table.

This is the kind of white you order “just to start” and somehow end up ordering another bottle.

Our team recently enjoyed a bottle at @‌blacksbk in Bethesda, Maryland, and it was perfect alongside a seafood-heavy spread.
