DC Badgers is the Wisconsin Alumni Association’s DC Chapter. Our club serves University of Wisconsin-Madison alumni in the Washington, DC area and surrounding areas such as, Arlington, Alexandria, Bethesda and Silver Spring. DC Badgers promotes the University of Wisconsin-Madison through alumni participation in club-sponsored events and raises scholarship funds to encourage students from the DC ar

We’re launching our book club again with UW’s 2024 Go Big Read selection — Sitting Pretty: The View from My Ordinary Resilient Disabled Body by Rebekah Taussig. It’s a beautiful, thought-provoking memoir and we can’t wait to dig in together this March!
We have 20 copies available for pickup at three convenient times — or of course grab your own from the library or kindle or audiobook it and listen along! Pickups:
