This local client came to me with an old diamond ring and the hope for something new for the stone. We arrived at the perfect combo - her beautiful champagne diamond, set in my Classic Wide Band with a Bordered Hammer Set Bezel.

Loooove, and happy to report that she was very happy. ☺️🙏

A small capsule collection inspired by a select few remarkable women who once called Georgetown home… coming this fall. ✨
Many months ago, I had the idea to create a small series of pieces that tie back to Georgetown - a place I feel incredibly fortunate to call home, not only for my business, but for myself as well.

As a newbie to the neighborhood, I knew I wanted a little guidance in uncovering the stories that have shaped it. So I reached out to longtime Georgetown resident, realtor, and local history enthusiast Jamie Peva , along with his lovely daughter Violet Peva 🧃 , to explore the lives of the prominent women who left their mark here.

I settled on a list of six (technically 7, two are sisters ☺️) women for this small series (though I have a feeling there may be others featured in a future series).

There’s so much more to share, but for now, here’s a little sneak peek. I can’t wait to tell you their stories, and share the pieces I created inspired by them. Stay tuned. 🤍

Everyone is always asking about the large blue ring I’m always wearing with stackers (👉🏻 last slide to see mine - I had to dig to find a decent clip showing it! - most people assume it’s all one piece!). This set goes me with me everywhere, and I swear it works with everything I wear - dressed up or down. I’ve only ever made one blue labradorite ring sorta similar to it (different band)- which sold in the shop to a fellow Georgetowner (so if you see it out and about 😘). Recently, I had a client from the Pittsburgh area reach out interested in a set of her own. What I created, a striking labradorite ring, very much like mine, but we beefed up the Narrow Crest band just a tad…along with a set of 5 Narrow Crest stackers to wear with it. Just like I wear it.

Always a super meaningful compliment when someone wants a design because they have seen it on me - especially a piece this personal because it’s practically attached to my hand - stop by the shop and see! ☺️ Thank you Heather! I hope you get as much wear out of these as I do! 🫶🏻❤️✨

From my bench in Georgetown to Mallorca, where Doug proposed to Isabelle. ❤️✨ How dreamy! This one is special. A Toi et Moi ring, showcasing a lovely pear shaped emerald, nestled alongside a sparkling 2 CTW round diamond. What makes it even more distinctive is that Doug truly played a thoughtful role in the development of the design. The end result is something uniquely stunning - and Isabelle has a ring that is hers alone. All of my jewels are a nod to antiquity and a celebration of slow artisan craft - and this one captures it all perfectly. Many thanks to the beautiful couple, and congratulations to you both! Truly an honor. 🥹🫶🏻

For Allyson… a simple and classic necklace featuring a hand sculpted setting holding her diamond… placed on 16 inches of my Old World Chain, with a lobster clasp at her request... All handcrafted from scratch right here in my Georgetown atelier in solid 18k gold. Loved making this piece! Seriously, the quintessential everyday necklace. Lucky for this client, I was able to finish it just in time for her summer travels… lucky her, beating this DC heat! 🥵✨

For Ann, for her 50 year wedding anniversary. Now, how sweet is that? 🥰 For her I crafted a larger, chunkier, 24 inch long version of my Old World Chain (shown side-by-side here). This version is COMING SOON to my online shop - available as made-to-order. I currently have a sample on view at my Georgetown Shop. 😉

These delicately textured, solid 18k gold chains are handcrafted from scratch - right in the heart of Georgetown in my atelier… and what’s even sweeter for Ann? She loved the gorgeous South Sea Baroque pearl I recently snagged - so I’ll be making her a custom pearl charm, a perfect fit for her new chain (stay tuned). It’s going to be so darn good. The pearl (shown at the end of this reel) is a beauty. 😍
