You can reach out for Black Obsidian to help cleanse your energy bodies and help protect against non-beneficial energies. Since Obsidian comes right from the Source of Mother Earth, it is an excellent grounding stone, which is invaluable with the rapidly changing world around us right now. You are still responsible for keeping good energetic hygiene in your environment of course, i.e. limiting exposure to the news and toxic people/situations, etc. You control your own vibration and narrative! The Galilean Telescope Ring of the 19th Century

In the world of 18th and 19th-century innovation and ornamentation, few objects blend science and style as elegantly as the Galilean telescope ring. This remarkable French example, dating from around 1820, is a striking piece of wearable ingenuity.

At first glance, it appears to be just an ornate ring. But with a delicate flick, it opens to reveal a miniature Galilean telescope, a design that pairs a convex (converging) lens with a concave (diverging) lens—a system first conceptualized in Italy in the 1580s and later refined in the Netherlands.

While early versions offered limited magnification, it was Galileo Galilei who famously improved the design in the early 17th century, achieving up to 30x magnification. By the 18th century, these compact telescopes had become fashionable curiosities, often integrated into rings, canes, pendants, and s***f boxes, symbolizing the era’s fascination with science, exploration, and craftsmanship.
