mmn0020 $55 Enameled Pendant Necklace Multiple Dangle Accents

I am loving the enameling process! I never knew enamel is actually powdered glass, that when heated with a torch or in a kiln becomes these beautiful mini works of art! I am having so much fun with these, but of course now need to invest in a kiln to make the most of the experience.
These necklaces feature squares or rectangular pieces of copper that have been enameled using a torch or in a kiln. These, however, also have multiple accents - glass beads, Swarovski crystals, or gemstones dangling below the copper. I have paired the pendants with double necklaces - either two sets of color coordinating bead necklaces, or one beaded and the other a copper necklace. I am excited to hear what my customers think of my newest creations!

mmn0019 $45 Hammered Brass/Copper Pendant Necklace

These necklaces are similar to the earrings - I have taken brass and copper and various hammers and chisels to create texture and sometimes used a patina on the metals to come up with great necklaces. I am loving having a hammer in my hand, and the textures I am finding keep inspiring me to do more! I hope to have bracelets to match these necklaces and earrings soon. These pendants come on a 16, 18 or 20 inch copper chain, that also may have had a patina applied to match the pendant.

I cannot tell you how much I love these necklaces! I took apart an old birdhouse and used the copper, which has been sitting in the elements, to create fantastic pendants and earrings. Unfortunately, when they sell out they will be gone. I am looking into securing other naturally aged copper, but thus far no luck. I probably could find a patina to give me the look, but that would be cheating in my opinion.

All pendants will be slightly different, as copper doesn't age the same all over... This is a beautiful necklace enhanced with multiple dangles on the bottom, either copper tone balls, gemstones, or copper coated glass beads. I will email you a selection of those I still have in stock, although it is hard to see the real color until they are in your hands. They come on a 16, 18, or 20 inch chain, which has had a patina applied to it to give it an aged appearance.

These pendants feature 8 small 14 kt. gold balls dangling at different heights on hand hammered sterling head pins. Each pendant comes on an 18 inch sterling silver necklace. This is from my Yukon Cornelius collection (silver and gold). I had bought some 14kt gold balls to use in my mother's bracelets, only to find out that they were too soft to be used in bracelets. I now incorporate them into these necklaces and my matching earrings, where they shouldn't get much abuse.
