Earthly Ancestors is a one woman ran business who focuses on slow crafted, small batch, quality heirlooms, made to last many lifetimes.

My name is Katie Moonflower. I am a self taught silversmith and lapidarist living in the Umpqua Valley. My work flourished from a deep appreciation and understanding of the natural world around me. My pieces are often used for energy protection, meditation, divination and other forms of energy healing.

IMPORTANT UPDATE:
My Instagram was stolen from me and they want a $600 ransom to “give it back”. I just was able to get my Facebook accounts back which were also stolen, thanks to a very helpful and insanely intelligent friend. We’ve gone through all the hoops to try to contact Meta to prove that it’s my account but it’s just a bull 💩 loop of nonsense that isn’t resolving anything.

Has anyone had to deal with this?

A collection to honor, a collection to remember🕊️

The Full Snow Moon treasure trove is available on my website.

I started building this collection in my head while I was in Hawaii. I was trying to fill the quiet moments with something other than grieving and I had all these beautiful pearls and stones I had just inherited.

Once home, I began fabricating these special heirlooms on the Full Wolf Moon. A complete cycle, birth, death and rebirth. Each design was inspired by the glow of the moon over the ocean, and the cast of its shine and on the rippling waves. It came from a place of deep reflection and pure love.

This collection is dedicated to her, the one that inspired it all. For Susan Atchison 🩵

Most of the rings in this collection will be made to order or finished in your size with a hand stamped moon phase band 🌛🌝🌜
This allows me to be inclusive with my sizing and eliminates wasted time & materials!

This is a variety of colorful abalone & coin pearls from my Aunty’s collection. A little sparkle of her free spirit is woven into every design✨

I can’t get over how dreamy these moonstones are! Perfectly paired with the loveliest labradorite, pearl, quartz, hematite and silver beaded necklaces that have all the sparkles ✨

Each one of these hand beaded necklaces are unique and will come in a variety of lengths, including a few choker ditties with smaller moonstone that will be floating off my bench today🌝

Slow days in the studio, warm quilted blankets that hold the essence of a thousand oceans, and cuddles are filling my December to do lists.

The little things that pull you back to a place of joy. Grief still lingers in the quiet moments, but it’s softer now…a gentle whisper🕯️
