Thank you to everyone who attended the 10 am "Strength and Balance" class yesterday 5/4 at Wilkins Township Community Center! It was great being reunited and seeing your smiling faces.
A friendly reminder that tomorrow, Wednesday, May 6, class starts at 9 am. The earlier start time is for the first Wednesday of every month only.
Silver Sneaker members attend for free, please bring your id number to your first class.
If you are under 65 or your insurance does not cover the program, Walk in fee is only $3 per class!

I am excited to announce that the 10 am Silver Sneakers "Strength and Balance" class will resume at the Wilkins Township Community Center on Mondays and Wednesdays beginning May 4th!
Come and join this wonderful opportunity to meet new friends in a fun, supportive environment while improving your health and well-being.

A friendly reminder, tomorrow morning Jan.9th, you can participate in Boom Muscle!! A convenient 45 minute fitness class for the active older adult. Monday and Wednesday's at the Wilkins Township Community Center, 8:30 am - 9:15 am. Your Silver Sneaker membership covers the cost. Non Silver Sneakers pay $3 per class or purchase a monthly punch card. Please bring a yoga mat👍

I want to share some exciting news! Beginning Monday January 2, 2023, at Wilkins Township Community Center, 120
Peffer Road - Turtle Creek 15145, I will be teaching Silver Sneakers " Boom Muscle"! Class meets every Monday's & Wednesday's (except the 1st Wed.of each month), 8:30 am - 9:15 am. Designed for active older adults, this convenient 45-minute class helps to develop strength, improve flexibility, and gain endurance. Your Silver Sneakers membership covers the cost of participation! Non- Silver Sneakers members may participate for $3 per session or with the purchase of a Monthly class pass.
Please bring a yoga mat and arrive 5-10 minutes before class.
