So this "Veterans Group" still doesn't understand how our new religion, Trumpianity, works? Reality isn't fact-based, people. Trumpians get to create their own Alternate Reality simply by representing stuff, making up and proclaiming whatever fantasies they have and representing them to be real. For Trumpians, words and other symbols don't express our common-ground reality. They create their own reality. Wonderful for people who live in various fantasies. Disastrous for those of us who want a functioning government.

Trumpians, like Gym Jordan his own bad se'f and, uh, Greasy Steve, are afraid to show up even when they've been subpoenaed. Even the mushy CNN (Collaboration Not News) gives us the surest evidence that Trumpianity is a religion and that Faux Noise is the Trumpian religious channel. I.e., gods and demigods don't do anything bad because they're the final arbiters of good. If you doubt this, and you fantasize any god, think of the last time your god -- whether Yahweh or Jesus or Allah or Elohim or Zeus or Marduk or the FSM -- did anything bad. Never, right? If an electoral majority of people fantasize that "the good of the country" is furthered by normalizing Cheeto's criminal behavior, or by "turning the other cheek", or by wish-thinking that devotees of Trumpianity will lose their faith if we show them how reasonable we are, those people have already succumbed to the mind-virus of religion. This is only understood as religion -- here Trumpianity -- not politics, not "the GOP". Political leaders and wannabes recognize a legal structure to the government they lead. Religious leaders recognize only authority -- Jesus/bible in Christianity, Day1dictator in Trumpianity. Such authoritarianism yields instability and, ultimately, chaos. The Democratic political party accepted the Bush v. Gore legal structure in 2000. Devotees of Trumpianity reject what their religious authority tells them to reject. I.e., chaos, to avoid which -- our Establishment Clause.

For him, in spite of his only real job requirement, our Constitution means nothing when it contradicts his religious fantasies. I know that law schools have generally "softened" since I graduated in 1972, but do they not still require ethics classes? And don't bar exams still include ethics questions? I mean, how did all these Trumpianity-infected lawyers forget/ignore/deny that they're officers of the court? And having breached her basic obligation in the most dangerous and damaging way, why would this person ever be allowed to practice law again? Sorry, rational people, but she ain't gonna change.
