We regret to inform you that this year’s Annual Fundraiser Event, the “Travelers Restival,” has been cancelled.
This decision was not made lightly. The current economic situation and rising costs have significantly impacted our local businesses, leading to a dramatic decrease in sponsorships and vendor participation. As a result, we are unable to deliver the high-quality event you have come to expect and deserve.
The Travelers Restival is not just an event but our main fundraiser. It enables us to provide essential equipment and gear for our teams and offer scholarships to athletes who might not otherwise be able to participate. Despite this setback, we are committed to continuing our support for youth sports in our community.
We appreciate your understanding and support during this challenging time. We are already planning for next year and are determined to come back with a bigger and better Travelers Restival.
