On view in Gansevoort Plaza: 🏠by artist . The first of Meatpacking’s public arts on the plaza program, the installation is an homage to an artist community who lived at 13th Street and Ninth Avenue. The colorful display features one main house along with 7 smaller houses with a spectacular color palette to brighten up the gray days and illuminate the plaza on sunny ones. The exhibit is open 24 hours/7 days a week and visitors can interact with the lighting tiles by texting 347-328 2636 ✨.

Lightscape

This is the brand new “Prismatica” installation in Midtown Manhattan’s Garment District featuring 25 colorful and pivoting prisms that create a mesmerizing lightscape. Prismatica was created by architect studio RAW Design in collaboration with ATOMIC3, and the owner is the Quartier des Spectacles Partnership.

Now on view through January 30.
