I’m so excited to be part of the Kings Beach Art Tour this weekend!

The Kings Beach Art Tour is a fun chance to explore different locations throughout Kings Beach, each hosting a unique group of local artists and makers.

You can find me alongside Rebecca Maidman and Chickadee Art Collective at the Tahoe Backyard—an outdoor community gathering space in Kings Beach, where folks can connect and engage under the trees.

We’ll be joined by delicious food trucks and craft beer from Bear Belly Brewing Company, making it the perfect place to spend some time before continuing your art tour adventure.

I know I haven’t posted much at all this summer. Many of you know I contracted Meningitis in April which required 10 days in the hospital, cranial surgery followed by 7 weeks of IV antibiotics. It was a life changing experience to say the least. I am happy to say I have recovered beautifully. I’m back to myself, back to the bench and back at Tahoe City Farmers Market 🌸 I have a fresh batch of goodies and a new lease on life. Here’s your reminder to savor the sweet moments for life is precious and we only have one in this incarnation🥰✨🌻

I know I’ve been quiet since my surgery. I’m slowly coming back to myself, getting stronger and finding bits of studio time here and there. Here’s a snapshot of what I’ve been working on the last couple of weeks. Most of these pieces were started before my incident so finishing them, although exhausting, didn’t take as much effort. I’m feeling strong enough to share my work at and looking forward to a beautiful weekend! You can find my booth in my usual spot along the funitel ramp across from 22 bistro.

This Mother’s Day I am feeling especially grateful to be here. To have the privilege of watching Lilah grow and the opportunity to guide her on this precious journey. She is the most magical being. She is fun, funny, creative, empathetic and has the kindest soul with a touch of sass.
Being a good mom isn’t easy. We are human. Beautifully flawed and figuring it out as we go. So here’s to all of the mamas! Happy Mother’s Day💐❤️

It’s been a rough road. What started as a seemingly innocent ear infection turned into meningitis, encephalitis, and H-flu, leading to 8 days in the Neuro ICU and brain surgery.

I’m finally home now, and ready to continue this healing journey.

I just want to say how deeply grateful I am for the outpouring of love and support. To everyone who donated to my GoFundMe, to my fellow makers who auctioned off their own beautiful work, to every message, and everyone who signed up for my meal train, thank you.
I feel so held by this community.
I am one lucky gal to be alive.

A tragedy that feels especially heavy for those who have lived, skied, created, and loved in the Sierra💔

I found them!!! I cannot tell you how long I’ve been looking for these freaking earrings. I was supposed to have four of these available in Sunday’s wild hearts drop. I sold two pairs out of my ears to dear friends. And I completely misplaced this pair.. until today! Found them in a pocket while doing laundry. I’m sad to part with them because I would love to keep them for myself.
