I was diagnosed with type 2 diabetes a month ago. A1C 7.3 and Triglycerides 743. I made the decision to make a complete lifestyle change. I started walking consistently, watch all sugars and carbs in everything, I have no sugar, I am down 11 # and am shrinking in size. I am grateful that I can correct this if I stay diligent in what I am doing. What I do know is I have more energy, I don’t have heartburn anymore, I am not bloated, and I am sleeping better with eating healthy and watching my portions. And the best part is my Boys telling me they like what I’m cooking and they like eating healthy too! eating style change

Some of my lanyards, break away and 3 way break away.

Sick of wearing a boring dull lanyard? I was, I needed one that were easy to break away for safety purposes, they come in regular or three way break away depending on your company policy.
