Packing up some cards today!

This is what it is all about!

We have volunteers from all over the world that send us their words of encouragement.

We get the absolute honor of curating a package for each nursing home facility to make sure each resident get a card from a new friend.

Every resident gets a card and each home gets a variety of cards from all of our volunteers so everyone doesn’t get the same message.

The undertone of everything we do is to remind our sweet friends that THEY ARE LOVED!

We are so honored to receive this award and recognition for our fight against isolation in nursing home residents. I am beyond grateful for all the volunteers that send us their words of encouragement and everyone who has supported our mission to help seniors feel seen, loved, and valued. My heart is so full and I am so blessed to see the impact that the kindness of stranger has on our sweet friends.

I want to take a moment to brag on Yosemite Roofing LLC. These amazing people have agreed to help us distribute words of kindness to nursing home residents! They are not only helping us to expand the area that we are delivering cards to, but showing these nursing home residents that they have a community that sees them and loves them. I had the absolute pleasure of getting to talk to some of the staff and management of Yosemite and was truly touched by their genuine interest in helping nursing home residents. We are beyond grateful for the helping hand and can’t wait to see how many lives we can bring joy to through these kind words. Thank you all so much!!
